Minnie was quite relaxed & recovered quickly from her dental procedure. Being my Service Dog her welfare is my biggest priority. She is my Wonder Woman.

I rang and asked for a quote so I could be prepared, to microchip and vaccinate 9 puppies. Was told $1153.06. I thought this is very reasonable and similar to other vets, so went ahead and booked. On the day, only 6 puppies got vaccinated and total for the day was $1869.39. You would think If you asked for a quote you would get the TOTAL COST of outlay. No, its not just the consultation fee of $440 that they dont include in the quote, its the cost for a nurse, Yes a nurse is extra cost not disclosed in a quote. And the homeopathics given after are $20 extra a pup for single dose of a few drops. This is daylight robbery!!! Homeopathics are very very cheap and 1 pillule can go a long way making a whole bottle of drops .. $20 for a few drops!!!!! per pup!!! And dont say it's your expertise as these are given after every single vaccination and you are a natural vet and the cost is so so minimal to you. Adding up the cost on the day per pup for vaccination and microchip alone was $1129.89 for 6 puppies vaccinated so why was I quoted $1153.06 for all 9 of them? That alone does not add up and is yet to be explained. All this has left such a very bad taste in my mouth. I believe in natural therapies and was going to recommend you, having brought up my puppies holistically ... but not now. Nine puppy owners will hear how money hungry you are instead. The team were great with the puppies but the business side leaves a lot to be desired!!!!

I would not take my dog anywhere else. Sure it is a bit more expensive but you get so much more than a regular GP Vet. We have a much longer consultation with a Vet who cares about my dog and also about how I am feeling. They respect my ethics around cooperative care and do their best to honour my wishes. I am a professional in the Canine Behaviour field and have been trying to tell Vets for years that there is a problem with my dog structurally. Recently, the lovely Vet that we saw confirmed my suspicions and agreed with me. Finally we have some answers and can now follow a treatment plan. The kindest, most caring and knowledgeable people work here. They listen to their clients both the furry ones and their parents. They offer, wonderful alternatives in treatment as well as traditional ones and follow-up is impressive.

They are the best vets and nurses in Australia! They really care and use holistic approaches, so I know my furbabies aren't being poisoned but cared for. They are 40 minutes away from me, but it is worth the drive. They are worth every cent, and you get what you pay for.

The Natural vets charged an extreme mark-up on the chinese herbal pills prescribed for my cat. It does not sit well with me as a reflection of the heart of this business. I bought online the same brand of herbal pills 300 for under $30. The natural vets charged me over $30 for 30 of them!! (from memory it was like $45) Essentially they were charging me $1.50 per pill for a pill I could buy for 10c!! As I paid over $400 for a telephone consultation, to then be overcharged so extremely for an ongoing prescription just seems well cruel, greedy and heartless. It serves them well doesn't it, if I'm giving two pills a day, essentially they are then making $2.80 profit off me a day! And god knows how many other poor clients trying to do the right thing for their pets on a tight budget. There was also a miscommunication in the prescription of the herbs and it took me three times of questioning the same prescription before they were able to clarify there had actually been a mistake and I had been giving my cat twice the amount.

If you want your pets to live a long and healthy life I cannot recommend The Natural Vets enough. I found them at a time where my middle aged dogs had a few ailments and were abandoned by my normal vets and told to euthanise one of them. I fortunately learned from TNV all the correct ways to feed and treat my dogs. They totally changed and lived happy long lives. With combinations of traditional and holistic daily lifestyle changes my dogs have lived a good life to 18yrs old (one is still going). Ive recently had my new dog spayed. After learning to wait until she was at least 12 months old I have put her body on the road to a strong and healthy life. I wish all pet owners could benefit from the knowledge The Natural Vets can offer. Its a real eye opener once I learned all the right ways I should have been looking after my pets for decades!

The team is always so kind to me. They were were so accommodating to me and my whippet Sid who had injured himself yesterday. In particular, Sophie (I hope I remembered her name right) was so unbelievably kind and caring knowing I was really distressed so thank you so much!!

We have been taking our dog Toki to the natural vets for over a year now and each and every visit is made comfortable by the incredible nurses staff and vets. Due to his diagnosis we do go a lot! We first encountered The Natural Vets, after receiving a devastating "terminal cancer" diagnosis for our beloved 11 yr old rescue dog, Murphy - who had been sent home to "palliate". At that time I had no idea that "integrative, holistic" veterinary care was available - but was thrilled to discover that we had such an extraordinary service, right here on the Sunshine Coast! The treatment plan for Murphy was supportive and comprehensive - Homoeopathy, Acupuncture, IV Vitamin C, Chinese Herbs etc .... all of which gave Murphy, and us, another six and a half "great quality" months ... which we were so very grateful for! Since then, sadly, we had a terminal diagnosis for Bowie, another beautiful rescue boy. The only clinic we considered taking him to was The Natural Vets. I cannot speak highly enough about the whole team at this clinic - their kindness and obvious love for animals , knowledge and professionalism is absolutely second to none.

had our golden retriever there for over a year now started with one vet who put us in there “magic” homeopathic treatment and changed to an all natural diet. the diet is good for him. homeopathic did not do anything even after lots of adjustments to the treatment , was told he would be fixed in approx 12 months and that yes he can be fixed for his skin issue , we persisted but very hard to get an appointment with same vet so was told we can change to one of there other vets , ok so we did and that vet wanted to start over like she didn’t agree with harry’s diagnoses so we did what she wanted to do.(chinese herbs) at this point it was costing us approxr $600 every 3 weeks. so we tried to book him back in to see this same vet but was told she is away for around 2 months but we can use one of there other vets. at this stage we pretty much had enough of there constant mis diagnoses and stuffing us around with there bookings. we would make a booking then they would change it at al later date. we drive 1 hour to them every time for the appointment. was told these guys were great but had nothing but bad experience with them they care more if lining there pockets them actually helping pets get better. i suppose we should of done some better research of this buisness stay away people they are full of false hope. it’s a very stressful time watching your pet go through this and told they will fix them but just take your money and don’t care at all.

The veterinary care is good and thorough, but how the clinic handles supplements leaves a fair bit to be desired. Over a relatively short amount of time (~ 4-6 months) I’ve had supplements either: i) not being sent ii) sent without insulation/ice pack/keep-in-shade-label and/or tracking, resulting in the homeopathics being left in full sun for hours by the postman therefore obviously being very warm, but apparently somehow that didn’t affect their efficacy, despite the clinic’s own instructions stating they were to be kept cool (among a whole other number of strict storing requirements) iii) a $50 supplement was prescribed only to be changed 3 weeks after receiving it. Dosage is miniscule, meaning a complete waste of $50 and a bag of practically unused supplement iv) herbs that according to instructions are “to be kept with lid tightly closed and shaken before use” and given in very small dose, arrive in hard clumps that are impossible to separate and therefore shake as instructed and dose properly. No assistance was given with this except to say that despite the herbs not being shakable and properly measurable their efficacy remained unchanged. Personally I found the above frustrating, especially as it required a lot of time back and forth trying to work things out. Despite being gracious and understanding about issues in the first couple of instances, there was no acknowledgment (let alone apology or gesture of good will) for the inconveniences caused (except for some acknowledgment in the last episode, but only after being prompted to it by me). Also one particular mushroom supplement I was able to buy at half the price elsewhere online (most of the other supplements are custom sold by TNV only, so not price-comparable). I get that vet clinics generally have a substantial markup, but double the price is off-putting. Lastly, communication between staff appears to be average, necessitating multiple back & forth correspondence various times and a ten day wait for a vet answer in one particular instance. I could just have had bad luck on a string of occasions, but unfortunately for me it was enough to seriously question the effectiveness of the treatment and now having to look for an alternative holistic vet while in the midst of my ill cat’s care plan. Overall I’m not sure I would recommend them.

We have been getting treatments here for our Lab for some time and we are very happy with his progress. Also this is the first ever clinic he has liked coming to. Thank you!

We began going to Dr Henry when he was flying solo at Kawana Waters with only Amanda many years ago with our gorgeous rottweiler girl Abbey to keep her in peak condition. He helped her immensely with hip dysplasia and arthritis. Since then, our beautiful greyhound girl Daphne was diagnosed with Insulinoma (Pancreatic Cancer) at the age of 12 with a prognosis of only 6 months. She was put on a lifetime course of glucocorticoids by a conventional vet as an offer of chemotherapy at $450 / month was a bit out of reach and would have affected her bone marrow. Daphne, being a very nervous dog would have endured overwhelming stress having visits to the vet for endless blood tests. She would have been a good candidate to receive Dr Henry's Intravenous Vit C Infusions but this also meant continually visiting the vet. The stress was just not worth it so we thought the best thing to do would be online consults with Dr Henry. This worked out super! With the caring and careful advice from Dr Henry and a view to heal her, he took his time and prescribed homeopathic treatments, along with mushrooms Chinese herbs and a prescribed tweaked keto diet, we were extremely lucky to have Daphne not for only 6 months, but a year and 6 months! We couldn't have done better for such an aggressive cancer thanks to Dr Henry and staff. Unfortunately, Daphne did succumb to breathing difficulties in the end as it was such an aggressive cancer and we decided to let her go at the age of 13.

I can’t rate high enough to The Natural Vets, particularly Dr. Donna!!! My cat, Soda suffered from continuous UTI problem (urine with blood), we gave her antibiotic which was given by our previous vet. It did stopped her blood every time until the treatment finished and few days later, the blood came back! I realized that it wasn’t really treat her from the root of the problem but cure the symptom only. Giving my cat antibiotics would also lead negative impact to her health. So I started to google if there’s any vet who provides treatments in natural ways. Luck me!!! I found The Natural Vets!!!! They spent around 2.5 hours in the first consultation which included understanding my cat’s background, analyzing the balancing inside her body and giving her acupuncture. She was also given homeopathic remedies, natural herbs and supplements. And now, she’s 100% recovered with only 3 visits!!! That’s soooo amazing!!! Thank you Dr Donna and those professional nurses. You all are the best!!!

Wow. The Natural Vets are amazing! When we took our American staffy puppy named Abby to the Natural Vets for the first time, we were expecting it to be stressful for her as she hadn’t been to the vets since she was 7 weeks (she was 6 months old at the time). But we were pleasantly surprised that she was mostly calm. Dr. Nicole took time to not only give her a very thorough physical exam, but she also wanted to know Abby’s personality and her tendencies. We didn’t want to give Abby any shots and the vet was very respectful of that. Abby had a titre test to make sure that she was protected from diseases as she did have 2 shots when she was 7 weeks old. The vet had a mat on the floor and did all the physical exam on the ground which Abby liked a lot. I mean who wants to be high of the ground on a table with a stranger poking and prodding you. Abby being a staffy likes to jump up a lot on people and give punch kisses, but the vet didn’t seem as bothered by Abby’s naughty behaviour as much as me and my mum were. Abby had Chinese herbs which she didn’t like, but as she had hurt her leg, we had to give her something to help with the pain. Taking Abby to The Natural Vets cost a lot of money but well worth it. We have just recently taken Abby to the vet again (she is now 1 year old) because she had bad skin issues that were making her uncomfortable. Again, Dr. Nicole not only wanted to know what she has been eating but what emotional stress Abby had recently experienced. After a bit more was done to see what else it could be, we concluded that the antibiotics she had when she had an emergency spay at another clinic, and the trauma of the pyometra, both had caused her gut health to become unhealthy and imbalanced. So now she is on some probiotics, Chinese herbs (which she likes this time!), flax seed oil and a homeopathic remedy. I mean who would have guessed that animals too needed Chinese herbs. A big thank you to Dr Nicole and the rest of the team! The Natural Vets gives you and your fur Baby the best care and they actually care about you and your fur baby. They love your fur baby as much as you do. I have full trust in them with Abby. Animal health over profit. We will keep taking her here but when it comes to surgeries The Natural Vet can be a little costly, but it might be worth it in the long run? Thank you guys, once again for making our experience and Abby experience wonderful. Abby even fell asleep at her appointment. That just says a lot for the calming environment at the vet clinic as Abby is a party animal and loves people but even she felt the calm energy.

He has provided such wonderful support for my dog Skip for some time now. Skip has been on a long, remarkable journey with Henry which started with Skip's mast cell tumours. We've recently taken our very sick German Shepherd Meggs to se Dr Catherine. As soon as you walk into the clinic, you feel immediately optimistic and calm. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help in any way. Dr Catherine and her team went above and beyond with all the information and treatment plan for Meggs. Giving us plenty of information and steps to try get her back on track. Even receiving a follow up call to check on how Meggs is going and contacting us when they say they will. Highly recommend to anyone who seeking much needed help for their animal families.

We took our elderly dog, Gypsy, to the Natural Vets as she had been diagnosed with Cushing's disease. A few years ago Gypsy had Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) and had aggressive traditional treatment over a period of 18 months. That treatment saved her life but it really took the 'life' out of her and we did not want to put her through anything like that again. We wanted to help her but not at the expense of her happiness. After doing some research we found The Natural Vets. We made the trip up from Brisbane to Forest Glen and we are so glad we did. Everyone at the Surgery was wonderful. Doctor Catherine was very thorough and so very gentle with Gypsy. Doctor Catherine provided us with a holistic plan to help Gypsy cope with her symptoms. It has been less than a week but we couldn't be happier with the difference it has made to Gypsy. We are very grateful ❤.

We drove 400km round trip to see Dr Henry for our 2 senior dog’s. I’ve never met a vet like him before, he spent 1.5 hours per dog reading all their previous files, test results, doing full blood panels, asking me so many questions, diet, exercise, habits, sleep etc etc. He did chinese acupuncture on each dog and made up homeopathic remedies for me to add to their diet: Our next appointment will be via zoom. This vet is so through with each animal we were there half a day with 2 dogs. Highly recommend Dr Henry and his awesome team, they are not desensitised and really care about your pets and you. I’m so glad I did my research and found them. Thank you.

In May 2020 Dr Henry was the fourth vet I visited with my dog Pippa, who had been unwell and miserable for some time. He was the only one who diagnosed her with cancer and immediately put her on a herbs, supplements, vit c and homeopathic regimen. Pip recovered and became once more the happy, energetic dog she'd always been, all signs of cancer gone. I can't recommend The Natural Vets highly enough. Not only because of the treatments, but because of the kindness, care and helpfulness of all of the staff members. Pippa was recently PTS because of her bad arthritis. Pippa was like a loving sister to me. Losing her has been a deeply traumatic experience. The love and care everyone involved showed me and my baby was just wonderful and in stark and direct contrast to the way other vets handled my previous dog's death. A heartfelt thank you to The Natural Vets for all you have have done for Pippa and me.

Our little rescue guy, Benny Diggles came to us with pretty bad teeth and lots of anxiety and irritable behaviour. After a dental treatment with Dr Renee he is so calm and happy, such a positive change in his whole demeanour. We are so rapt !!! 🙏❤️

This is the best vets we've ever taken our dogs to. I hardly ever write reviews but it was worth it to us to spread the word of this great clinic. Previous vets haven't been very thorough with our dogs and left out important info which made us feel in the dark - the COMPLETE opposite is true of The Natural Vets! They inform you about everything, they go through the condition with great detail, let you know about costs, different treatment options etc and also offer alternative therapies which has been very beneficial to our pets healing. I think the biggest thing is that this clinic takes their TIME with your animals and they truly care for animals as much as humans. We are so happy with the treatment of Peanut and will keep coming back and spreading the word on how great it is. Thank you guys! 🙂

Really wonderful vet, traditional vet medicine is often more harmful than good. My cat needed specialist heart surgery and it was able to be done right on the premises by a specialist rather than having to go to Brisbane. They gave her natural potions to take before the surgery to help her through and recover quickly - she was nearly 13 at the time and came through with flying colours. I wish all vets had the training and holistic experience that these guys do!

Our dog was diagnosed with terminal cancer and given around 3 months to live. We were in the process of moving to the Sunshine Coast and our vet back home suggested The Natural Vet. Right now the lumps have shrunk and we can’t find them! He is happy and has a new sparkle in his eye. The regime is time consuming and takes a bit to get into the swing of, however, we have our fur baby with us and living a good quality of life. The staff are all lovely and compassionate, I am so happy to have found this option for our pets.

A very efficient and friendly team!

Recently I have had a long talk with Dr Vicky about vaccination and tick protection and I am very confident now to go a chemical free way for my doggy girl. We are doing regular titre tests and heart worm larvae tests from now on and as long as the results are great I avoid vaccines and chemicals like nextguard etc. So far everything is going well with sucker punch for worming and tick resist and I couldn’t wish for better advice on my dog’s health and wellbeing. I am so glad to be able to work with a vet who uses a holistic approach in addition to conventional veterinary medicine.

Dr Henry has been looking after our dogs for about 30 years. We have so much confidence in his recommendations for the well being of our dogs we now drive 150 ks each way to see him. Just recently we took our 16 year old poodle to him as she was not well and we were heading overseas so concerned about leaving her with the dog sitters. Her kidney results weren't good but within a week of his hands on treatment and daily use of homeopathic treatment she has bounced back and full of life. So happy to recommend the whole team at the Natural Vets.

We took our then two and half year old bichon (Louie) to see Dr Renee approx. 2 years ago due to allergy issues which had been getting progressively worse even though he was being prescribed steroids and other medication by our previous vet. Dr Renee was very thorough in assessing Louie and recommended a change to a single protein raw food diet along with some herbal remedies to assist with boosting the dog's immunity and some skin soothing cream to help alleviate the itching on his ears and feet. Over the following year, with Dr Renee's guidance by both email and phone, we succeeded in extending Louie's diet to four main single protein complete meals, he no longer requires herbal supplements and his itching has completed resolved. Louie is now a much happier and healthier dog. We are so appreciative having the help of Dr Renee and the other staff at the Natural Vets and would recommend them to anyone seeking the professional services of a empathetic, caring and considerate veterinary team.

Our Mini Schnauzer Gemma was diagnosed with Leukemia in March 2018 and 14 months later, under the special care of Dr Henry Stephenson, she has done amazingly well. Following a strict regime of holistic treatment, Gemma is testament to Dr Stephenson's knowledge and care. He NEVER gave up on her and we are forever thankful.

Marley had been experiencing an issue that I couldn't get resolved. I didn't want to put him on medication, steroids etc. if there was a natural solution. I was referred to Dr Henry by my homeopath. Dr Henry was thorough and I found he really cared about helping Marley. the best vet ever

We had a very bad experience at this vet nearly resulting in the loss of our beautiful greyhound. They didn't act on obvious signs of pain and distress, and advised us to have $1400 worth of tests and treatments that made our greyhound worse. After consulting with a different vet for a second opinion, five months later with a correct diagnosis, our greyhound is still going strong and very happy.

My long coat German Shepherd Kaiser, first attended The Natural Vets in November last year. He is now ten years old and he has been an amazing animal. He has had roles in two feature films, two short films, tv commercials, and to top it off he’s been an American calendar boy! To say that he is the light of our lives is an understatement. He has had quite a few health issues and our recent move from interstate meant we needed to find a new vet for him. After considerable research we decided to give The Natural Vets a try. We travel from Noosa on a regular basis so he can see Dr. Henry and we would not take him anywhere else now. He is doing really well and we expect only the best for our star. We can’t recommend them highly enough for anyone who is looking for the best care for their precious animals.

Highly recommend this practice. Have been a client of Dr Henry for 10 years with my whippet now 14 and my Italian Greyhound 11 years old, which Henry was able to save with homeopathic remedies when she was very ill. Extremely caring and helpful over the years. Amanda has been there the entire time I have been going and is so lovely and caring and my interactions with the other staff have always been professional yet warm and friendly.

I have been a client of The Natural Vets for almost 2 years now, I initially came to the clinic seeking alternative therapies for my Dog who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer and given 3 months maximum to live and would be medicated over this time to keep him comfortable. Dr Renee and Dr Henry treated my dog with Chinese herbs, homeopathy, Vitamin C infusions, acupuncture and a raw diet change, we ended up having my boy around for 7 months with a high quality of life (in fact up until the last month and his visual skin lesions you wouldn't have know he was sick!). All the staff at the clinic are amazing, each time we visited which was quiet regularly! We were made to feel so welcome, nothing was ever to much trouble and both my dogs always got so excited when we arrived getting plenty of smooches and treats from the nurses. I can't thank the nursing staff enough for making what can be quiet a stressful experience a pleasant one. Dr Renee & Dr Henry's support during the time my dogs quality of life started to deteriorate was short of amazing, with regular check ins and support whenever I needed it. Dr Renee did a house visit and laid my boy to rest in our home, extremely peaceful and just went that extra mile to make the process as stress free as possible. Awesome vets

Kaiser is a dashing chap, he is a movie star and part time dog model. Kaiser recently relocated from Melbourne to Noosa to enjoy his retirement. Over the years he has been on a lot of heavy medication for his joint and allergy issues. He is now nearly ten years old and it appears that the strong medication was impacting on his health generally and specifically. It was not surprising, however, hearing that he was in the early stages of kidney disease was very sobering. The choice was to continue with the steroids, meloxicam and apoquel and consequently put more stress on his suffering kidneys or embark on a new path altogether, one that included slowly withdrawing him from the “heavy stuff” and putting him on homeopathic medication and natural herbs. I was worried that his pain levels would increase and that his skin would drive him crazy, I was a little sceptical about the change but I thought it was worth a go! It requires diligence, I made sure he got exactly what was prescribed and I monitored his reactions. He had a number of blood tests to check his kidney function and initially the nasty levels kept rising. I felt that his pain level was greater too, but it’s hard to tell with a stoic dog. I thought this was the beginning of a downhill slide for him. He also had a saliva test which was sent to the USA to find out what foods he was allergic too and the results were amazing. I had always fed him a natural diet but I was actually giving him the things he had reactions too, like white fish, salmon, venison. He is now off all those things, free range chicken and beef are his main stay now and his itchiness has gone! At the time of writing, he has just had another blood test to check his kidney function, the results were all completely within a normal healthy range! To say that I’m thrilled is an understatement, I think Dr Henry, his vet, was a little chuffed too. So the new more natural path to health has probably given him the chance for a longer healthier life. He will continue to go to the Natural Vet for the rest of his life, nothing but the best for him. I cannot recommend them highly enough if Kaiser’s experience is anything to go by. He has been put on a new path to total wellness. P.S the steroids, apoquel and meloxicam have safely been thrown out!

Our pug Buddy is being treated for cancer (a mast cell tumour on his penis) and we are delighted with the care that he has received from The Natural Vets. Dr Renee has overseen his treatment protocol and Dr Natalie removed the tumour and he seems much happier since! He loves attending and can't contain his excitement! The facility is state of the art and the staff are all amazing. I highly recommend this vet and all that they stand for! Big thanks to the team.

I booked a phone consult as I live interstate and was extremely happy with the insightful education I received about how to better care for my dog, and how to prevent future illness. I learned heaps and education is always an investment. I really appreciated how empowered I felt, Im able to be a more informed consumer coz I was so dis-empowered and felt helpless due to conventional vets prescribing nothing but antibiotics repeatedly for everything. The best vet's in QLD

A few years back Henry treated a dog called Louise that we were looking after for a friend. For many years she had experienced horrific skin problems and used to experience an infection between her paws and in her ears. She had seen countless vets to no avail and one local vet even called her jokingly "a milking cow" because her condition could never be cured and she would always be in need of expensive steroids!!! So I researched and came upon Henry and took her for a couple of visits to Warana. His receptionist/ vet nurse were very welcoming and helpful. We had a very long consultation where Henry asked me extensive questions about Louise but then he really focused on her and her movements, her behaviour, her smelland really tuned into the essence of this poor long suffering dog with an "incurable chronic condition". He is not one if those vets who is there for all the social chat with the owner he is there for THE PET THEMSELVES. Henry recommended various things to rectify the problem plus gave us some natural medications and after about a month the problem had gone and never returned again. In my book Henry performed a miracle. After this we took our own dog to Henry for any treatment she needed. When she died it was lovely to receive a card from the surgery offering g their condolences, which I thought was a lovely touch too.

I highly recommend this vet practice. I have seen 3 of the vets at various times with our cat and chickens, and received great care and treatment. They’re very proactive about pet health and offer more than just your standard vet visit. I love their follow up calls, genuine care and also info, articles, products and now a podcast.

Really top quality care and attention. We have a Devon Rex cat which has had plenty of issues not treated well by traditional vets. It took me some time to accept that animals respond to both traditional and herbal medicine but I'm convinced due to a huge improvement in my pet's health.

Doctor Henry and his Holistic practice not only saved my precious Shilohs (Beagle) life at 13.. He gave her another 4 years on this planet.. All other vets wanted to give her a needle.. I will be forever grateful to him for that precious extra time with my little girl..

Very friendly team. Made me and my pet feel at home. Normally my dog is scared at the vets but he was relaxed and happy!

Great for Charlie the dog when he had to be unzipped to remove a corn cob that had plugged him up. Always friendly. Priced a bit more but I'd say worth it. If your dog isn't into Chinese spices and homoeopathic pain killers then probably not your place. Having said this they do use proper vet tactics so your animal is in good hands!

It’s been wonderful to finally find a vet practice that is supportive of a more natural approach to health care and diet. Dr Vikki has been wonderful with our two dogs Bella & Basil, and all of the staff are so kind and caring. Basil was in the very best of hands during his recent stay for a dental procedure and made a fast recovery.

I am so happy to recommend Dr Viki, only two treatments about 6 weeks ago and Nicki my Siberian Husky is down on her pain medication and happier, Dr Viki really cares for Nicki like no other vet ever has, everybody that meets Nicki Nu can't believe she is nearly 15yrs old.
